Credit Crunch vulnerable??  Certainly not - we're operating on low overheads and are not in any kind of trouble. You can continue to shop with us with confidence knowing that orders will be honoured and after sales service will continue. We're still giving good value with our usual discounted prices and seasonal offers but we're not giving away product at desperately crazy prices - we will still be here to serve you well!

Low Prices:  We believe we are one of the cheapest suppliers on the web for like-for-like goods. We're also the first to bring you regular discount prices like these openly declared. We know some might say 'we'll match prices..' but these could be the same people who will gladly overcharge you if they can get away with it - so who would you rather deal with?! 

We're Green:  Yes really green.  In place of printed catalogues we distribute full catalogue and product information electronically.  In place of multiple shipping we arrange direct deliveries - direct from the import warehouse to your door.  This is so much more environmentally friendly than all those extra trucks delivering first to a distributor then to our warehouse and then coming back to us yet again to pick up the goods for final delivery to you!

Honesty:  Yes honestly!  We promise to always bring you accurate and full information about price, delivery and specification - even if not what you wanted to hear!  Our delivery estimates are accurate and not deceptively optimistic, in fact we usually manage to beat them.  We are honest about our use of direct deliveries too - this is as quick as local stockholding, very often even quicker and much greener too.

Care:  We really do care about our customers and about motorcaravanning as well.  We're a small family business and dedicated motorhomers ourselves.  Customer service is equally important to us.  We published clear information about the 'up to 6 years' sale of goods rule when most retailers were denying it even existed!  And we offer a no quibble money-back guarantee if we are unable to deliver promptly as agreed
