Buying:  Our kits contain a single LH or RH arm plus a LH or RH fitting kit. LH & RH refer to the side of the seat as viewed when sitting normally. To fit a pair to a single seat you need a LH kit plus a RH kit. Rests can  also be fitted singly - e.g. as the inner arm only which would be LH on UK driver and RH on UK passenger.

Fitting is fairly easy and requires only standard tools You do have to peel back some trim and make a hole it it of course and as with all trim some careful replacement covers a multitude of sins!  "The adapter is specially designed for each car model and is mounted directly onto the seat frame in existing holes. This ensures an easy installation and that the armrest is attached as securely as possible. The installation is quite easy and you don't have to be an expert to be able to carry it out yourself. Most adaptations take approx. 30-60 minutes to install. The installation principles are the same for all adaptors. You open up the upholstery on the seat, mount the adapter onto the seat frame in the designated holes. Then you restore the upholstery and cut a small hole over the spline tube. Finally you connect the armrest into the adapter and secure it. Instructions with pictures and text in 3 languages are enclosed with every adapter".
